Finally, the biggest post I ever wrote is about to make it's appearrance on the Carmouche blog.
I can not even tell how long it took to upload all those pictures. But I am glad to announce ,I finally got it done.
Stellas birthday on Tuesday was already a huge success and I was wondering if we could top it with her party afterall.
My main goal was to make my not-so-little-girl-anymore happy.
She was talking about having an owl themed party months ahead, which gave me enough time to do some research and find some cool ideas for our big event.
Good Friday morning, the day of the party, was finally here. Everything was ready to welcome Stellas friends from Bizzy Bunch .

( and that was just the morning party!!!)
13 little boys and girls came to celebrate Stellas birthday with her. She was more than thrilled.
The weather was beautiful and we had everything setup outside in the yard.

The table set-up

We had tons of food,

I had made not one, but two owl cakes since we had two parties that day.
This is the mama owl!

The Daddy owl...

and tons of cute little owlets.

Hard to resist!

Oh so good

Bird nests and owl smores were on the menu aswell

along with all different kinds of kebabs

and a Gazpacho for the grown-ups

We had a bouncy castle( eventhough it was an owl party, a special young lady requested a Nemo one),

and face-painting( Thank you Aunt Becky, you did an amazing job. Everybody loved it!)
There was a lot of huzzle and buzzle going on. Everyone had fun !
It was time to sing "Happy Birthday" to my sweet girl and to finally eat some of all the deliciousness out there

"Come on mama, bring on the cake!"

There we go

A quick pic with the birthday girl

Blowing out her candle

And finally feeding the hungry crowd
"I want the eye, no I want the eye, no but I want the wing......"
All sugared up , we had a little scavenger hunt to find bird houses hidden in the yard.
We had a crafty table set up for them to decorate their little treasures.
All of them were totally into it and worked real hard to make their house unique.

Harper

Eme and Lily...

along with little Cate (trying to reach the top of her house)

Even the boys had a blast

Peyton, Bella and Hallie hard at work

Stella was truly enjoying it

They all turned out just perfect and were a cute give-away to remember Stellas party

Oh wait, no birthday party without opening presents
Fun, fun fun
If you think this is it now, NOOOOOOOOO, this was just the first half of the day.
After saying goodbye to all our Bizzy Bunch friends we took a little break,

(Stella and Lucien were totally worn out!)
We cleaned up and set up for the next party, just a few hours later to say:

once more
What can I say: same foods, same activities, different crew but surely the same fun factor!

Batch 2

Two cakes means two times blowing out the candle

A new crew means...
